Products

We are making a wide range of knit fabrics. We have valuable experience in single knits, double knits, YarnDyed Feeder, auto stripe, print fabrics, Woven and denim. We have manufactured Denim/Twill Shirts, Denim/Twill Pants, Knitted Polos, Color Blocks, Bottoms, Crew Necks, Rugbys and Hooders with Applique and Embroidery. Furthermore, we can also add value to our products by providing different types of wash finishers (i.e Garment Wash, Soda Wash, Silicone Wash, Sand Wash, Enzyme Wash and Silk Wash.

Knitted and Woven Fabrics

At Liberty we believe in using the most advanced state of the art technology available worldwide for fabric process. We are using excellent quality of imported fabrics. Mainly fabric is imported from Hong Kong, Korea, China, Pakistan etc.

Washing/Dyeing Department

Our commercial dyeing department has garment washing machines. We have the capacity to garment dyeing, bleaching and enzyme wash. A minimum of 150 pcs to a maximum of 300 pcs per batch. Our total installed washing/dyeing capacity is 12000 pcs per day.

Garment Division

Garment division is headed by a very strong and professional general manager. Technically he is very sound with proven track record. our greatest strength would with a doubt be our ability to put together a variety of styles with the highest degree of precision for our customers. Our garment division is equipped with the latest and currently modern sewing machinery available, uses the latest production management techniques in order to achieve the highest degree of consistency is assembling a garment according to the prescribed standards.

our cutting capacity is 14000 garments per day. We have five sewing lines. The experienced staff at our present facility uses the latest production management techniques to produce a variety of styles with the highest degree of precision on the most modern machinery. There are as many as fifteen built-in  quality checks right from the cutting of fabric to the packing of garments. At present Liberty is producing 12,000 garments per day.
